Triple 8 bullish despite Vodafone loss
Triple 8 Australia insists that it will continue in V8 Supercars next year, despite losing its title sponsorship deal with Vodafone. Jamie Whincup and Craig Lowndes have competed under the Team Vodafone banner since 2007, taking 68 race wins and three drivers' titles in that time. However, Vodafone Hutchison Australia announced on Thursday morning that despite this, it would not be continuing its association with the outfit beyond the end of this year.
