Anglesey - Much More Than a Gateway to Ireland

The island of Anglesey sits a short distance off the welsh coast joined to the mainland by the Menai Suspension Bridge and the Britannia Bridge over the Menai Straight. The port of Holyhead has developed in to an important ferry terminal with it being close to Ireland. However there is much more to Anglesey than a gateway to Ireland given its heritage and scenery.
