A floating metropolis for startups
Blueseed is a startup hoping to lure thousands of foreign entrepreneurs to live 12 nautical miles from Silicon Valley -- in a big cruise ship. Some say it's the answer to restrictive visa issues, others shudder at the thought of a boat filled with "thousands of nerds."
